How this round works
Six same-root comparisons each change one member. Answers are relative: middle or upper member, up or down, half or whole step. The final card carries the idea to a different root. This does not test absolute pitch, emotional character, or a need for sus chords to resolve.
Your first Check remains recorded through retries and Clear choice. Revealing an answer before solving marks that card as assisted. Even after Reveal, hear both examples fully before moving on. Start a new round resets the record; nothing is saved after leaving the page.
These local piano comparisons await Doug’s listening review. Sound uses the Common Tone’s approved quiet sampled piano and ordinary chord hold and release.
