Select a note on the staff to hear it. The three signs beneath it choose flat, natural or sharp. The tonic and its octave stay fixed. Left/Right moves between notes; Enter or Space hears the selected note.
Bass uses the same scale two octaves below Treble. Switching clefs keeps your attempt and progress, and stops playback.
Hear plays your attempt in written order. Check compares its spelling and step pattern. Major: W–W–H–W–W–W–H. Natural minor: W–H–W–W–H–W–W.
Each round has six challenges: three major and three natural minor, drawn from 30 scales. Each kind uses its full key pool before repeating in this tab.
